If we have a default filter value set, Metabase will apply that filter to the question or dashboard. The charts will also have their drill-through disabled, and we won’t be able to customize click behavior on a dashboard. These public links will include a Powered by Metabase footer, which you can remove with a paid plan. ![]() Public links aren’t even embeds they’re just links to a single question or dashboard, though these public items are a little different than their original versions. We’ll click on the Sharing icon (the arrow pointing up and to the right), and select the Sharing and embedding option.Ī public link is the easiest way to share a dashboard.
